Have your say in Harwich...

Residents of Harwich will have the opportunity to put their questions on crime and community safety issues to the Police and Crime Commissioner, Roger Hirst, at a public meeting on Thursday June 29^th. The Commissioner will be joined by District Commander Russell Cole and the meeting will be Chaired by the Hon Bernard Jenkins MP. The meeting follows a previous meeting in late 2016 where concerns were raised around local crime including burglary. The meeting is primarily an opportunity to discuss local policing and ask questions of the Commissioner and police representatives. It will include a discussion on recent successful police operations and areas of focus. The meeting will take place between 6:30 and 8:00 at The Pavilion, Barrack Lane, Harwich, CO12 3NS Information relating to police activities and operations in the local community will be handed out at the event.
