Today’s meeting of the Police and Crime Panel for Essex will discuss the Police and Crime Commissioner’s revised precept proposal, local policing and the draft refreshed Police and Crime Plan for Essex. Nick Alston and Chief Constable Stephen Kavanagh will both be in attendance. The meeting starts at 2:30pm in Committee Room 2, County Hall, Chelmsford.
