Specified Information Order – Police & Fire
PCC Specified Information Orders mandate that Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) publish certain information to ensure transparency and accountability. These orders, established under the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011, require PCCs to disclose details such as their office holders, staff, income and expenditure, property, and decisions. Additionally, they must publish performance data, including reports from HM Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) and information on complaint handling.
