Specified Information Order – Police & Fire

PCC Specified Information Orders mandate that Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) publish certain information to ensure transparency and accountability. These orders, established under the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011, require PCCs to disclose details such as their office holders, staff, income and expenditure, property, and decisions. Additionally, they must publish performance data, including reports from HM Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) and information on complaint handling. You can view the latest and past Specified Information Orders below.  Some of the links will take you to information published on on the Essex Police Website or Essex County Fire and Rescue Service Website.
