The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (PFCC) for Essex is inviting residents from across the Uttlesford district to attend a public meeting to learn more about crime and community safety in their area.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday 7th January 2024, from 7pm to 8pm at The Arts Centre, Dunmow, 1 Hasler’s Lane, Great Dunmow, Dunmow, CM6 1XS.

Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Roger Hirst will be joined by panel members from Essex Police and Essex Fire and Rescue Service.

All residents and businesses of Uttlesford district are welcome to attend and there will be opportunity for local residents to ask the panel questions on topics around community safety.

“Being able to hear directly from local communities is essential,” said Roger Hirst, Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner.

“This meeting is a valuable opportunity to understand your concerns and ensure we are working together to make Uttlesford a safer district.”

The PFCC holds a public meeting every year in each of the 14 districts of Essex.
