Posted on Wednesday 4th December 2024
People who live or work in Essex have just a few more days to give their views on future funding for Essex Police and Essex County Fire and Rescue Service.
To hear those views, all residents, businesses and people who work in any Essex district have been asked to complete the PFCC Precept survey for the financial year 2025/26. This survey, which takes about five minutes to complete. is set to close at midnight on Sunday 8th December.
You can complete the survey here: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/AVQK66/
Since Friday 25th October the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (PFCC) for Essex has asked county residents for their policing and community safety views to identify public appetite in maintaining the current strength and ability of Essex Police and Essex County Fire & Rescue Service to keep communities safe.
Over 1,000 Essex people have already had their say on the survey, but more are sought. Your views will feed into the Essex Police and Essex County Fire & Rescue funding process for the financial year 2025/26.
