PFCC speaks on BBC Essex outlining funding and budget challenges

Roger Hirst MBE, Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex, spoke on BBC Essex on Wednesday 4th March.

Mr Hirst was invited on the programme to speak with presenter Ben Fryer following the approval of the budgets for Essex Police and Essex County Fire and Rescue Service by the Essex Police, Fire and Crime Panel on Tuesday 3rd March.
